Mazda is having an outstanding year in the Canadian market, and November’s sales figures further highlight the automaker's growing momentum.

The company sold 5,699 vehicles in November, marking a 15.3% increase compared to the same month in 2023. Year-to-date, Mazda’s domestic sales have reached 67,660 units—a remarkable 24.9% jump over the same period last year.
Which Mazda Models Are Leading the Way?
Several models stood out in November. The Mazda CX-50 shined brightest, recording the group’s best growth during the month. Sales climbed 61.4%, with 1,122 units sold compared to 695 in November 2023.
The Mazda CX-30 also broke records, with sales skyrocketing by 286%—from 356 units in November 2023 to 1,374 this year. This significant growth shows the model’s increasing popularity among Canadian buyers.
Even the sporty Mazda MX-5, typically seen as a summer car, posted a 37.5% increase in November (22 units compared to 16 last year).
Looking ahead, Mazda’s lineup has plenty to offer buyers seeking fresh options. New models like the CX-70 and CX-90 SUVs, along with the hybrid version of the CX-50, continue to expand the brand’s appeal.
The CX-5: A Consistent Favorite
Through it all, the Mazda CX-5 remains the brand’s top seller. Year-to-date, CX-5 sales are up 8.0%, with 23,431 units sold compared to 21,691 during the same period in 2023. Its enduring popularity proves that Mazda knows how to deliver what Canadian drivers want in an SUV.
